Well, this is pretty damn cool. C-Mimmi-O has been accepted into the Lovable Solution Partner Program.

It also feels like a good moment to look at how much C-Mimmi-O has changed since I started the company. I originally came into this as a fractional CMO with 15+ years of B2B tech marketing behind me. Strategy, positioning, go-to-market, ecosystems, content, sales, and getting things actually done. Then I started vibecoding.
Soooo…. Things escalated rather quickly. Today, the description that fits what I do much better is Vibecoding Fractional CMO. Shipping strategy and products. Sometimes both in one week. And joining the Lovable Solution Partner Program feels like a very natural next step in that story.
Obviously, I build software now too
I didn’t start vibecoding because I desperately wanted to become a software developer. I started because I kept seeing business problems that could be solved with software, but the available solutions were too big, too expensive, too rigid, or simply didn’t fit how the business actually worked.
We’ve somehow accepted that companies should adapt their processes to their software. I’ve always thought that should be the other way around. So. I started experimenting. Then experimenting turned into building. Building turned into actual products and customer solutions. Today, my C-Mimmi-O Vibecoded Portfolio contains 11 products and solutions, most of them built using Lovable.
There is MimmoBook, my SaaS reservation platform. Minuttio helps with productivity and work planning. Sales Velocity Index tackles sales pipeline performance. I built a bespoke reservation platform around the very specific requirements of Wiurila Manor, and the Good Vibes Café platform supports our Finnish vibecoding business community.
Then there are the betas, MVPs and experiments, because apparently having five live solutions wasn’t enough to keep me occupied.
You can see the whole thing here:

Looking at that portfolio now, I think it explains the evolution of The Bridger by C-Mimmi-O better than I ever could with a new service description. I didn’t stop being a marketer. I added the ability to build. And that changed what I can do for a customer.
Start with the business, not the software
This is probably the most important part of my approach to vibecoding.
I believe in understanding the customer’s business before deciding what to build. How does the company actually work? What are its processes? What is slowing people down? What does the customer need? What does sales need? What is already working perfectly well and should therefore be left alone?
Only after that should we talk about the solution.
Traditional software buying often works the other way around. You find a system that does approximately what you need, pay for a huge collection of features you never asked for, and then start modifying your own processes to fit the software.
I’m interested in the opposite approach.
Build around the business. Build what is actually needed. Integrate with what already works. Don’t build things just because you can.
That’s the thinking behind another part of my C-Mimmi-O positioning: Solutions built around your business, at a fraction of the traditional price, without the annoying stuff you never asked for. Of course, “we can build it faster” doesn’t mean “let’s build whatever the hell we want and hope for the best.”
Especially in B2B, there are security, privacy, architecture, data, and compliance questions that matter. For European companies, EU requirements matter too. Developing my knowledge in those areas has therefore become an increasingly important part of the C-Mimmi-O journey.
And that’s one of the reasons I’m excited about becoming part of Lovable’s partner ecosystem.
The next part isn’t just about building more
Joining the Lovable Solution Partner Program gives C-Mimmi-O an opportunity to continue developing the technical side of what I do, learn from a wider ecosystem, and connect with people who have expertise that complements mine.
Because I have absolutely no intention of pretending I suddenly know everything about software development.
I know business. I know marketing. I know B2B technology. I’m getting pretty damn good at turning business requirements into working vibecoded solutions. And I know when I need somebody who knows more about something than I do.
That last bit matters.
I want to build a network around C-Mimmi-O where the right expertise can be brought into the right project. The goal isn’t to become a monolithic agency that tries to do everything. That would be rather ironic given my opinion of monolithic software.
The goal is to become better at solving the customer’s actual problem.
And everything I learn along the way has somewhere to go.
The Bridger has a Laird for a reason
If you’ve followed C-Mimmi-O for a while, you’ve probably met The Bridger, my pink-haired superhero alter ego.
She has also been busy building something behind the scenes: The Bridger Laird, my Obsidian-based knowledge and operating system.
The Laird brings together what I’ve learned during 15+ years in B2B technology marketing with everything I’m now learning through AI, vibecoding, software development, customer projects, product building, security, compliance, research, and experimentation.
The point isn’t to collect information for the sake of collecting information. I want knowledge from one project to make the next project better.
When I discover something useful, it goes back into the knowledge base. When something doesn’t work, that matters too. When I find a better way of doing something, I want that knowledge connected to everything I already know rather than disappearing into a random project folder.
The Lovable Solution Partner Program now becomes another input into that system: new knowledge, new experiences, new people, and hopefully plenty of new things to figure out.
But I don’t want that knowledge to stay inside The Bridger Laird either.
I’ll continue sharing what I learn through C-Mimmi-O Insights, videos, training, practical guides, and probably quite a few behind-the-scenes stories. If I spend hours figuring something out and can save somebody else those same hours, that’s useful knowledge.
That’s the cycle I want to keep building: learn something, use it, connect it, share it, then build something better with it.
So, what is C-Mimmi-O now?
That’s a question I’ve been answering slightly differently over the past year.
Fractional CMO still fits. Marketing strategist fits. Vibecoder fits. Product builder increasingly fits too.
But Vibecoding Fractional CMO brings those worlds together.
Sometimes the answer to a business problem is better positioning. Sometimes you need to fix the go-to-market strategy. Sometimes it’s a sales or marketing problem. Sometimes the process itself needs fixing.
And sometimes you look at the problem and realise that the tool you need simply doesn’t exist.
Now I can build that too.
That’s why getting into the Lovable Solution Partner Program means something to me. It’s not a sudden pivot into software development. It’s another step in bringing strategy, business understanding, marketing, and building closer together.
The portfolio shows what I’ve built so far. The Bridger is making sure I keep what I learn. The partner program gives me another environment to develop that knowledge and a wider network to build with.
I’m rather curious to see where that combination takes C-Mimmi-O next.
